From this section it will be possible for employees, collaborators, consultants and suppliers in relation with Absolute to send, even anonymously, reports on presumed or known breaches of laws and company procedures. All reports are handled by guaranteeing the confidentiality of the information and the protection of the identity of the person submitting the report and of the other persons involved, and by absolutely preventing any direct or indirect interaction with the reporter.
The reports must relate to facts of which the reporter has knowledge and reason to believe that the information provided is true at the time of disclosure. These reports must be made promptly with respect to the knowledge of the facts, so that verification is effectively possible.
Such disclosures are important for the company, as they may allow unlawful or irregular facts to be identified in time and remedied, avoiding compromising and damaging the interests and integrity of Absolute or third parties involved.
